Latest Selection List Status
No official date or figure is shown until it is confirmed through a verifiable NVS source. Final information should always be checked on the official NVS website.
How to Find a Selection List
Use the official NVS portal and the relevant regional or school communication. Check the candidate name, roll number, category and allotted school carefully.
- Choose the correct class and year
- Use only verified official links
- Save a copy for admission reference
Always verify final results, dates, documents and admission directions through official NVS sources.
What Selection Means
Selection is subject to document verification, eligibility checks and completion of the admission process. A displayed name should not be treated as final admission by itself.
Result, selection list, marks and cut-off are different
A result reports the candidate’s outcome, a selection list identifies provisionally selected candidates, and a cut-off table records historical minimum marks or ranks for specific quotas. A candidate can meet an older threshold without being selected in the current year. Reservation, block allocation, vacancies, tie-breaking and eligibility can change the final outcome. Use each document for its stated purpose.
After provisional selection
Read the reporting deadline and school instructions before arranging travel. Keep originals and clear copies of the birth certificate, relevant residence proof, school study/pass documents and claimed category/disability records ready. Requirements depend on the class and candidate. Ask the school about medical documentation and other formalities, and report name or date-of-birth differences promptly rather than altering any document.
Waiting lists and later vacancies
A later selection or waiting list is relevant only when officially issued for the applicable class, session and JNV. Being on a waiting list does not guarantee admission. Seats may become available after verification or non-reporting, but the relevant authority controls further offers and deadlines. Check official school/NVS communication rather than unofficial social media predictions.
