Overview
Class 6 is the principal entry point into the JNV system. Exact eligibility, reservation and document rules must be taken from the prospectus for the current cycle.
Eligibility first
Age limits, school attendance, district rules and rural-seat conditions are cycle-specific. Do not apply historical rules to a current application without checking the official prospectus.
Always verify final results, dates, documents and admission directions through official NVS sources.
Prepare accurate records
Names, date of birth, school details and residence information should match supporting documents. Correct discrepancies through the appropriate issuing authority where possible.
Selection is provisional
A result does not override eligibility checks. The allotted school may ask for originals, certificates and medical information before confirming admission.
Official Source and References
Official NVS sources are the final authority for result availability, dates, selection, school records and admission instructions.
